Roberto Lopez-Trigo

Roberto Lopez-Trigo recently graduated from FIU School of music with a degree in Vocal Performance, where he studied with Professor Robert Dundas. It has been noted by the South Florida Classical Review that Mr. Lopez-Trigo offers a “full, masculine bass” sound. His recent operatic credits include Adonis from Venus and Adonis, Masetto from Don Giovanni, and Conte Robinson from Il matrimonio Segreto. He has performed as a student trainee of Florida Grand Opera in the opera Toyshop as Toymaker. In addition, Mr. Lopez-Trigo has done oratorio work locally, and has performed in Musicals such as Sir Harry from Once Upon a Mattress. He is a frequent soloist with Arts at St. John's and has most recently performed in their event titled “Christmas on Broadway”. During the spring of 2017 Mr. Lopez-Trigo traveled to Cuba with the FIU concert choir where they performed Misa a Buenos Aires by Martín Palmeri. Mr. Lopez-Trigo is now training for graduate programs and vocal competitions.
